Troubleshooting
Common issues and solutions when downloading and setting up Warcraft III
Antivirus Detecting JNLoader as a Virus
Many antivirus programs may flag JNLoader as a potential threat. This is a false positive and is safe to use.
Steps to Add an Exception:
- Open your antivirus software
 - Find the "Exclusions" or "Exceptions" section
 - Add the JNLoader folder or executable to the exceptions list
 - Confirm the changes and restart your computer if necessary

Connection Issues with Eurobattle.net
If you're having trouble connecting to Eurobattle.net, try these solutions:
- Verify your account credentials - Make sure your username and password are correct
 - Check your LAN name - Ensure your LAN name in Warcraft III matches your Eurobattle.net account name
 - Firewall settings - Add Warcraft III and JNLoader to your firewall exceptions
 - Restart JNLoader - Sometimes simply restarting the application can fix connection issues

Game Crashes or Freezes
If Warcraft III crashes or freezes during gameplay:
- Update your graphics drivers - Outdated drivers can cause stability issues
 - Run in compatibility mode - Right-click the Warcraft III executable, select Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, and try running it in compatibility mode for Windows 7
 - Disable background applications - Close other resource-intensive programs while playing
 - Verify game files - Reinstall if necessary to ensure all game files are intact
 - Check system requirements - Make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements for Warcraft III

Missing Maps or Custom Content
If you can't see or play certain maps:
- Verify map location - Maps should be in your Documents/Warcraft III/ folder
 - Download missing maps - Some custom maps may need to be downloaded separately
 - Map version mismatch - Make sure you have the same version of the map as the host, desync could happen
 - File permissions - Ensure your Warcraft III folder has proper read/write permissions
